MOMENTUM NEEDS STRUCTURE

The Shift After the Moment

Easter creates momentum. There’s a natural lift that happens—attendance increases, energy rises, and vision feels clearer again. But every year, we also see a familiar pattern begin to emerge in the weeks that follow. What started strong begins to level off, not because the moment wasn’t meaningful, but because momentum was never designed to sustain itself.

This is the leadership window that matters most. What you do now will determine whether the impact of the last few weeks becomes something lasting or something temporary. Momentum is not meant to be admired; it is meant to be built into something. Without structure, even the strongest moments eventually fade.
