Volume 1, Issue 12 - December 2025

A Word from the 360° Global Network Leadership Team
As we come to the close of 2025, we want to begin by wishing you and your family a joy-filled Christmas and a strong, hope-filled New Year. This season reminds us not only of Christ’s coming, but of God’s faithfulness to sustain those He has called—especially those who serve His people week after week.
We also want to say thank you.
Thank you for shepherding people through another year of ministry. Thank you for preaching, leading, counseling, correcting, encouraging, and showing up—often when no one saw the cost. December has a way of exposing both the fruit of our labor and the weight we’ve been carrying, and we want you to know: your faithfulness has not gone unnoticed.
This season invites reflection. Before we rush into planning for what’s next, it’s important to pause long enough to ask honest questions:
What did God grow in us this year? What still needs to be surrendered? What must be finished well before a new season begins?
As a network, our heart is to walk with you—not only to encourage you, but to challenge you to continue growing as leaders, pastors, and disciples of Christ. We believe deeply that healthy leaders build healthy churches, and that intentional growth is not optional for those entrusted with people and vision.
Our prayer for you in this final stretch of the year is simple: clarity, courage, and consistency. Clarity to see what truly matters, courage to address what has been delayed, and consistency to finish the year strong—spiritually, relationally, and organizationally.
We’re grateful to serve alongside you, and we’re expectant for what God will continue to do as we move forward together.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,
The 360° Global Network Leadership Team
